Life Time Appraisals by the National Institute of Certified Appraisers (NIA). The Institute is an expert in appraising the art work of William Verdult and other well known artist for individuals, galleries, museums and government agencies.
Why get an Appraisal from NIA?
First it will let someone who is really qualified in pouring over thousands of paintings and data points who has experience in what is going on in the market come up with the worth of your painting. Second, you can use this valuable information to not only insure your painting; the paintings value becomes part of your personal net worth which you can use on your personal financial statement, and even as collateral to secure a loan.
NIA appraisal documents are permanent. Once each piece in the collection has been fully documented and researched you will never need another insurance appraisal of this artwork ~ ever!
NIA will re-evaluate and update your appraisal as often as you request. You will only pay a small "update fee", regardless of how often you may need this service.
Purchase of Certified Independent Third Party Appraisal from the National Institute of Appraisers. Appraisal will be completed by Ed Okil, Executive Director, National Institute of Appraisers.
NIA has an impeccable and exceptional record of not being reversed by either the insurance company or the Internal Revenue service in 20 years are exceptional.
